Expert strategic planner and stewardship initiator, Ms. Adamo provides 16 years of garnered expertise as executive director for the coaching company, Transforming Our World. There, she inspires others to liberate their lives physically and financially through personal coaching and business development by providing consulting through coaching, strategic planning and implementing/building upon strategy via stewardship initiatives to non-profit organizations in the following ways. Prior to joining Transforming Our World, Ms. Adamo worked for Her career began in the legal profession as a law clerk.  Through a series of events, she left the legal profession to study and receive her master’s degree in theology, and study psychotherapy while creating her passion and professional development in relationship building.

Additionally and due to her work in the nonprofit sector, Ms. Adamo is engaged to work with more than 50 nonprofit organizations learn how they may implement strategic initiatives while building upon the good work that has already begun. She builds relationships with individuals and organizations by telephone, email, social media and in person, helping them appreciate their gifts and talents and to identify their current position and develop a strategic plan to create momentum. Ms. Adamo says, ‘Fundraising and inspiring others should never be a ‘response to crisis’ but a response to the need to serve those who are in need.  As a form of teaching and education, fundraising is a way of announcing each organizations’ vision and inviting others to fully participate with their resources, time and money.’

Ms. Adamo attributes her success to fostering positive relationships.  She evolved into this profession through volunteering, passion and identifying a need while developing long-lasting relationships. In five years, Ms. Adamo will have helped more than 1000 people transform their lives physically and financially through mentoring, sharing stories and developing long lasting relationships.
