She plans on achieving further growth within her career as she continues her role as an ethical and client-focused business partner.

Devoted to her professional goals, Ms. Lafavers earned a Master of Business Administration in international marketing from Texas Christian University. She went on to work for UTi Worldwide, where she spent 11 years developing distribution industry skills. With a notable aptitude for international supply chain logistics, Ms. Lafavers hopes to continue to succeed at Damco and expand her undertakings to international markets and overseas clients.

Ms. Lafavers is inspired personally and professionally by the love she has for her family and her clients. She remains consistently engaged with the global logistics community through her membership with the Association of Women in International Trade, and she supports non-profit ventures through her affiliation with the Southlake Women’s Club as well as her independent volunteer work. Ms. Lafavers likes to spend her free time with her family, including her family and friends.
