Initially, Mrinalini Supersad became involved with Guardian Group 20 years ago because she was looking for a career that would allow her to help people and gain recognition for doing so. For 12 years, she served as financial services specialist and executive agent for Guardian Group in order to share with the world the importance of medical coverage, and she was recently promoted to the role of senior sales consultant. As an integrated financial services platform, Ms. Supersad assists Guardian Group in eradicating poverty by providing life, property insurance, and annuities, including financial planning services for estate planning, retirement planning and investments. Recently, awarded Agent of the year at the Larry Gocool’s branch, a title she has won several times.

An expert in medical coverage, retirement income and financial planning, Ms. Supersad advises clients on estate planning and financial services, which provides them with a level of comfort and financial freedom. She attributes her success to her outgoing aura, professionalism, personality, honesty, and integrity, as well as sharing her knowledge and love for others. In five years, Ms. Supersad intends to continue to build her business and work toward retirement where she’ll be continuing her journey with Women Empowerment, being a member of the Braveheart Women International Community. She also serves as chair person of Guardian Initiatives for Transformation (G.I.F.T.) and is a Paul Harris Fellow assisting in charity work, which she has a deep love for.

Top of her game at Guardian Group, Ms Supersad has graced the stage in various forums of public speaking and has captured several company awards, including Agent of the Year throughout the entire company. She was also inducted into the Guardian Group Convention Hall of Fame in May 2016, having qualified for 10 consecutive conventions. Ms. Supersad has earned a plethora of awards throughout her professional endeavors, including TTAIFA’S industry awards, Excalibur Achievements, Mega Producer, Centurion, Emerald and Million Dollar Round Table eight times.

To prepare for her career, she became certified as a financial services specialist for the Caribbean industry, and obtained a Diploma as a Life Underwriters Training Fellow. During her free-time, Ms. Supersad supports the Past Pupils’ Association of Holy Faith Convent, is secretary of the local chapter of the Toastmasters International, and enjoys relaxing through the practice of yoga, as she is training to become a yoga teacher. She also conducts women-empowerment sessions in assistance of helping them meet their full potentials.
