Ms. Trotter McAfee was semiretired for four years. Today, she only accepts assignments that are meaningful as owner and president of Judy Trotter and Associates. With 28 years of expertise in business management training and facilitation, while consulting, training and hosting conflict management workshops. She attributes her success to her mission statement: “Inspire people to believe in themselves through education, encouragement and example.” In five years, Ms. Trotter McAfee intends to continue to stay current in the field.
The highlight of Ms. Trotter McAfee’s career was co-developing and presenting an interactive workshop for addressing and improving multi-generational communication in the workplace titled ‘Tight, Phat, Cool, Copacetic: Communication Between Generations in the Workplace©,’ which has been presented and well received in local, regional and national venues since 2004. Initially, Ms. Trotter McAfee became involved in her profession because she always had a ‘teacher’s heart’ and had been intrigued by ‘teachable moments’ in people’s lives.
Ms. Trotter McAfeehas always had an interest and enjoyment in coaching, training and group facilitation in a number of venues: government organizations, college classes, and business and marketing startups. She is self employed, retired, but enjoy collaborating with other professionals in delivering conferences, coordinating union-management discussions, and occasionally speaking as a guest on radio broadcasts.
