Tasheema L. Fair has always wanted to be a doctor. She is currently living out her dream as an obstetrician-gynecologist for the private medical practice All Women’s Care PLLC, a position she has held for two years. There, Ms. Fair is responsible for administering obstetric and gynecological treatments and consulting with patients on diagnosis and treatment. She received her medical degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College Of Medicine and then sought board certification in obstetrics and gynecology. She is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Prior to her work with All Women’s Care, Dr. Fair spent 13 years in the military as a physician. Her work with the U.S. Army won her an Army Commendation Medal and an Army Achievement Medal. Dr. Fair attributes her success to her diligence, hard work and her ability to follow a straight and narrow path. Her humility and ability to never forget where she came from separates her from her peers. She understands that everyone is human and has faults, but she still works to provide world-class health care to all of her patients.

Dr. Fair’s greatest achievement was graduating medical school, a feat that only compares to the first time she delivered a baby. She truly cares about her patients and takes pride in being able to help them understand the importance of taking care of their bodies both physically and spiritually. She was also recently reactivated, and she offered her expertise at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Washington, D.C. In the upcoming years, Dr. Fair plans to continue expanding the medical practice.
