With nearly 30 years in the health care industry, Dr. Victoria Mondloch has become an expert in family medicine, physician liaison and health and wellness. For the past 14 years, she has served as the owner and president of Victoria J. Mondloch, MD, a family medicine practice that provides family medicine, obstetrics-gynecology and peri-menopausal and menopausal health services to its patients. In this position, she is responsible for providing personalized care in a service-oriented patient care model, empowering patients to make healthy lifestyle choices and offering employment physicals.

Dr. Mondloch chose to pursue a career in health care after a teacher told her that she would make a good doctor. She initially wanted to be an interpreter for the UN, but decided on science in the end. She earned a medical doctorate in internal medicine from the Medical College of Wisconsin in 1983. Since then, she has attributed her success to her ability to treat her patients as if they were her family, never letting a patient leave until she has answered all of their questions and calmed all their worries. She also attributes her success to her respectful combination of western and alternative medicines, so that she can meet all of her clients’ needs. In the upcoming years, she hopes to put the research she has been working on into print as a book, so that it can reach a wider audience and she can help more people.

Dr. Mondloch’s commitment to her patients and practice has not gone unrecognized. She was voted for excellence in teaching ultrasound by the Family Practice Residency Clinic. She is also a member of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American Medical Association.

Outside of her work, Dr. Mondloch enjoys sailing, scuba diving, piloting and spending time with her three children.
