Dedicated to learning every aspect of a job, Camille Lavallee is not afraid to get her hands dirty. She started out in the property management industry in 2010 as an administrative assistant, and in 2012, she joined Brookfield Global Integrated Solutions as a property service coordinator. The facilities services company creates and manages healthy, productive and sustainable work environments to help business reach their full potential. They are a leading provider of integrated real estate management services.

While with Brookfield Global Integrated Solutions, Ms. Lavallee developed an interest in growing within the property and facilities management world, and she set her sights on becoming a technician. She began taking continuing education classes at night to obtain a power engineering 5th class certificate in 2013. Once that was completed, she began a new career as a Technician III with Brookfield in 2014.

In a continuing effort to improve, Ms. Lavallee completed her education for a 4th class power engineer ticket in 2015, as well as the plumber job readiness course. She is currently enrolled at NAIT for her 3rd class power engineering certificate, which she feels will assist her in her quest for a long career within Brookfield. As a woman in today’s world, Ms. Lavallee feels that women have to work three times as hard to succeed, but believes that, with drive and determination, they can accomplish anything. She hopes to be remembered as the quirky one who was always smiling and who could fix anything.
