Following a natural progression of events and opportunities, Mari Parks has now been involved in real estate for more than 10 years. She has been the owner, broker and realtor for Take Action Properties, LLC and the owner of TAP Referral LLC for seven years. Take Action Properties is a real estate agency that specializes in luxury property sales, and TAP Referral LLC offers real estate referral services located in Palm Coast, Florida area.

Ms. Parks prepared for her career by receiving a real estate license in 2005 and a broker’s license two years later. Her areas of expertise include higher end properties, short sales, first time buyers, new home sales and single family homes. As the owner, broker and realtor for two of her own agencies, Ms. Parks is responsible for overseeing 10 realtors and listening to customers’ needs. She is also responsible for dealing with contracts, weeding out properties that don’t fit her clients’ desires when buying, and creating a custom marketing plan to get properties noticed when she is listing them. Looking to her future in real estate, she hopes to soon open up other boutique offices.
