Motivated by her interest in finance, Cynthia Zulick joined Peoples Home Loans, which helps families purchase their homes, save for a child’s college tuition and fulfill their dreams of starting a business. In short, Peoples helps families reach their financial goals and continue to put the family first. As a mortgage banker with the company, Ms. Zulick is in charge of managing a team that refinances and purchases homes. She also helps to clear conditions and lock in mortgage rates.

Ms. Zulick prepared for her career by earning a bachelor’s degree in engineering and finance. Before she was offered a position with Peoples Home Loans, she worked in insurance, so she also has her series 6 and series 7 licenses, as well as her banker’s license. With 22 years of experience in her field, she has become an expert in loan denial, underwriting and free credit repair.

Despite working in an extremely male-dominated industry, Ms. Zulick has become more than capable of standing on her own two feet. Thanks to her people and communication skills, she was able to prove herself and hold her own in a professional setting. Her greatest accomplishment so far has been seeing her own success. She is self-sufficient and successful, and in addition to her work with Peoples, she is also a partner in another business. Her inspiration comes from her parents. Although she came from a poor family, her parents always provided for them, and stressed the importance of lending a helping hand.

Looking to the future, Ms. Zulick hopes to continue networking and growing her business. She wants to be remembered for being the person one could always turn to—her door is always open. She supports a number of charitable causes, including the Combat Wounded Veterans of America, the Children’s Hospital, Children’s Brain Cancer Associations and the Avon walk for breast cancer. When she is not working, she can be found boating, playing tennis, skiing, golfing, going to the beach and theater and listening to music.
