To prepare for her career, Ms. Felsten received a bachelor’s degree in political science and sociology. In her current position, her greatest strengths are her research and communication skills. She also does a lot of speaking with groups to encourage women to run for public office and is always trying to boost women up. Looking to the future of her career, she hopes to bring in a few more millions to help the students successfully and happily move into their respective fields. She also wants to continue lobbying and speaking on behalf of women.

Professionally, Ms. Felsten’s greatest accomplishment is leading the organization on a state and national level, as well as her role in leading a women’s leadership conference that had the highest number of participants ever.
