Soon after finishing college, Kelley Ann Ayers started her own landscape design and contracting firm in Maderia Beach Florida. Eventually, she started her real estate career as an assistant to the most successful real estate team in Sarasota county– Michael Saunders & Company, which incidentally included her parents Annette and Albert Ayers. After 17 years in the business, learning from the best, she now has experience in closing over $150M on residential waterfront properties on Casey Key and is now working for Exit King Realty.

Ms. Ayers attributes her success to her customer service skills and her ability to know exactly what a client wants. She has had many successes in her career so far, including hosting her own radio real estate show called the “Sale Pending Show.” She has also won the Exit Florida Realty Excellence Award and was the number one agent in her company for five years in a row. She has also placed among the top producers in Venice since 2010.

Ms. Ayers is constantly being inspired by her own ambition and independence. She works hard so that she can travel and afford to have a nice and comfortable lifestyle. She is also very active in her community, serving as a trustee of the beach for South Venice–a five-year appointment that oversees assets worth over $10M. She also serves on the board of directors for the South Venice Beach Civic Association and was president of the association the past several years. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, golf, tennis, gardening and boating in her Boston Whaler with her chocolate lab, Gidget.
