Aided by her strength in overall management, Linda E. Quindt has spent much of her adult life serving law firms around San Diego. In the field since she was 18, she currently brings more than three decades of experience to her position with Finch, Thornton & Baird, LLP. The firm primarily serves the construction industry, and represents prominent contractors throughout California. As the firm administrator, Ms. Quindt is responsible for handling employee relations, including hiring and evaluating staff and associates, developing and managing budgets and reports, and implementing marketing plans. She also facilitated and managed two moves of the entire firm to a new location, which consisted of overseeing the build-out, move, and design.

In recognition of her achievements, Ms. Quindt received the Women Who Mean Business Award from the San Diego Business Journal in 2015, and the Outstanding Volunteer Award from the Association of Legal Administrators. She is also an honored member of The International Women’s Leadership Association. Furthermore, Ms. Quindt participates with the Association of General Contractors, and is proud to be a legal instructor at the University of California, San Diego.

To prepare for her career, Ms. Quindt earned a certification as a Certified Legal Manager (CLM) from the Association of Legal Administrators, which she considers to be her greatest accomplishment. She has also garnered extensive on-the-job training, and has attended many seminars. Looking forward, Ms. Quindt plans on continuing to improve processes and procedures to help grow her firm. She likes what she does and the people she works with; they respect what she does and have faith in her. Ms. Quindt hopes to be remembered for caring about others, and for sharing her knowledge as a teacher.
