After starting her career in the world of human resources, Jennifer Moses has steadily risen through the ranks, progressing to her current role as the CEO of the Zepf Center in 2007. The nonprofit organization provides behavioral health and vocational services to youth and adults with severe and persistent mental illness in Northwest Ohio. Their mission is to create hope, wellness, recovery and career development through integrated services and community partnerships. In her position, Ms. Moses is able to utilize her prior experience in organizational leadership, human resources and business to provide quality care and service to everyone who needs her and the Zepf Center.

Ms. Moses considers her greatest accomplishment to be turning the agency around to make it an $11 million organization and a thriving company. As a woman in today’s world, Ms. Moses feels that having a mentor contributed to her success, as her mentor has provided stability and a voice of reason. She also believes her innovative nature and knowledge for good business played key roles in her achievements. In recognition of her efforts, Ms. Moses is currently an honored member of The International Women’s Leadership Association.

Looking to the future, Ms. Moses hopes to continue to help the agency grow and provide excellent service while stabilizing the workforce and program development. She is inspired by the high quality of care and organizational values she has contributed thus far. When Ms. Moses isn’t working, she enjoys tennis.
