As the founder of Partners 4 Healing, Diedra Eshcoff has a passion for helping others. She knew that massage therapy has many health benefits, so this career path was a natural fit for her. The biggest challenge Ms. Eshcoff faced was mentally preparing to become an entrepreneur, but through hard work, determination and passion, she has been able to provide the best quality care to her clients. With a background in Swedish, deep tissue, pregnancy, oncology, sport, and infant massages, she is proud of her ability to provide individualized therapy to treat patients according to their needs.

In addition to her work with Partners 4 Healing, Ms. Eshcoff also supports and has developed a fundraising project to help the caregivers and loved ones of cancer patients in basic massage techniques. She provides them with a DVD and an instruction manual on oncology massages at no cost. Ms. Eshcoff’s inspiration comes from her passion and her clients; they invited her to share their life with them, and it validates what she does and why. She considers her greatest accomplishment to be building a business that allows her to make a difference in the lives of those she touches, while being a single mother of two sons.

To prepare for her career, Ms. Eshcoff obtained an associate degree in massage therapy and therapeutic massage from Ivy Tech Community College, Northeast, where she graduated cum laude. She also became a certified sports massage therapist, and completed additional training in oncology massage for cancer patients. Furthermore, Ms. Eshcoff participates as an associate member for the Society for Oncology Massage and the American Massage Therapy Association, and is an honored member of The International Women’s Leadership Association. She hopes to create a healing center that brings talented therapists together moving forward.
