She currently leads global human capital for the company’s offices in the U.S., Toronto, the U.K., Frankfurt, Hong Kong, Madrid, Luxembourg, Mumbai, New Delhi, Singapore, and Shanghai, and provides leadership in the development and implementation of various strategies to support the overall business plan.

One of the things that have made Ms. Bernstein so successful over the years is her ability to cut through the noise and find meaning behind facades. She analyzes facts down to their true essences, thereby making determinations that drive and navigate decisions. Ms. Bernstein strives for excellence in everything she does, and is particularly proud of the team she built, which is comprised of very smart and talented people.

At this stage in her career, however, Ms. Bernstein is at a point where she wants to give back and mentor others. She is currently a board member with Change for Kids, and is very involved with TEAK and the City Parks Foundation. Ms. Bernstein aims to become more active with nonprofit boards moving forward. She is inspired by her father, who taught her to live life to its fullest and to control her perception of what others are doing, always looking at the positive side. Ms. Bernstein is also inspired by her two daughters on a daily basis. She hopes to be remembered as a loving person to her husband, mother, siblings, and children.

To prepare for her professional journey, Ms. Bernstein earned a JD from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Michigan.
