Inspired from the moment she started the process of buying her first house, Carmen Isbely Vasquez decided to enter the real estate industry. As an immigrant from Venezuela when the process began, she felt the market was in need of people to help make everything easier. That’s why Ms. Vasquez started U.S. Prime Realty, which specializes in serving a global client base. With three offices in Florida and one in Colombia, their goal is to develop easy business for both buyers and sellers using a combination of local expertise and international marketing capabilities.

Along Ms. Vasquez’s path to follow her dreams, she first became a title agent, and then earned a real estate license. She also obtained certification as an international property specialist, accredited buyer’s representative, and broker manager. Ms. Vasquez joined the Association of Realtors as well, and is especially proud of being on their board of directors. Looking forward, she intends to continue to help the Hispanic community and conduct educational seminars.

When Ms. Vasquez isn’t working, she enjoys reading, traveling, dancing, and good food. She also supports and volunteers with many different charitable organizations, and is a member of The International Women’s Leadership Association. Ms. Vasquez hopes to be remembered as a good woman and leader who was knowledgeable in her field.
