Over the course of her nearly three decades in health care, Casey Dills O’Donnell held a variety of positions in nursing, laboratory work and government health administration, which gave her an in-depth perspective on an array of facets in the industry. She now channels that background experience into her current career as the chief operating officer and president of Mile High Conspire! The employment screening company provides DNA testing, drug testing, background checks, and employee fitness programs. On a daily basis, Ms. Dills O’Donnell is responsible for running the clinic, managing all operations and administration, including finance, training staff, facilitating presentations, and developing policies and procedures.

To prepare for her career, Ms. Dills O’Donnell earned a master’s degree in health services administration from Regis University, a substance abuse professional association affiliate certification, and a professional collector certification. She received honors for Rigor of Research and International Support for her health service thesis from Regis University. Ms. Dills O’Donnell attributes her success to her ability to overcome roadblocks and give back to the community. Looking forward, she hopes to grow the company while hiring veterans and becoming a highly desired employer to work for.

When Ms. Dills O’Donnell isn’t working, she enjoys being active in her community, skiing, yoga, and spending time in the Colorado Rocky Mountains. She is a member of SAPAAA, Business Network International, the Colorado Contractors Association, and the Colorado Motor Carriers Association. Additionally, Ms. Dills O’Donnell is a former member of the American College of Heath Care Executives, and supports the Colorado Community Health Fairs.
