Brandy Tressler has spent more than a decade growing her business and team of industry experts at Universal Settlement Services of PA, LLC, a premiere real estate title insurance and settlement company. She started out working in mortgages, and when the women she worked for went out of business, Ms. Tressler seized the opportunity to open her own company. With experience in nearly every facet of the real estate industry, she understands the process of buying and refinancing a home from start to finish. Ms. Tressler recognizes that home ownership is the most important investment many people will make in their lifetime. As the owner and licensed agent, she is responsible for collecting information for titles and giving it to the lender.
The biggest challenge Ms. Tressler has had to overcome is being successful at a young age; she had to work hard to prove herself, but her accomplishments speak for themselves. She is especially proud of being named among the Top 40 Business Owners Under 40. Ms. Tressler believes that her willingness to go the extra mile and sacrifice herself for her client have been the driving force behind her success and the success of her company. Additionally, she is always ahead of the curve, and brings integrity and value to her customer.
To prepare for her career, Ms. Tressler earned a title agent license, and maintains a real estate license. She is also a notary public. The highlight of Ms. Tressler’s career thus far was watching her business grow and profit, and she intends to continue to do so. She would also like to open other branches within the state, as well as in Florida. Ms. Tressler believes that there is nothing more effective for building businesses than great networking, so she holds membership at BNI, the Centre County Association of REALTORS, The Chamber of Business and Industry in Centre County, the Builder’s Association of Central Pennsylvania, the American Land Title Association, and the Pennsylvania Association of Notaries. She and her company are also yearly participants in the Entrepreneurial Women’s Expo. Ms. Tressler hopes to be remembered for always giving 110 percent.
