 After garnering more than four decades of professional insurance experience, Patricia Alford is now retired from her role as the vice president and managing director of KIS PG Umbrella Programs. She joined them in 1993, and, as an insurance company serving corporate clients, they relied on Ms. Alford’s seasoned expertise in handling umbrella programs for hotels, motels and restaurants out of the Palm Bay, Florida area. She provided brokers with unsurpassable service, and was licensed in all 50 states.

Ms. Alford’s role with KIS PG Umbrella Programs included acting as a point of contact for the wholesale sector and ensuring that clients received appropriate staff coverage. During her career, she built a plethora of relationships with clients around Florida. Ms. Alford also trained new staff members, handled the underwriting, compiled quotes, and kept up with changes to company programs and benefits so she could educate her clients.

Prior to insurance, Ms. Alford worked as a dental assistant for six years. Upon discovering the challenging nature of the insurance field, however, she began to pursue efforts in making it easier to obtain and use. Her success is the result of perseverance, a good work ethic, dedication, and love for what she does. Ms. Alford has never expected anything to be handed to her, and has worked hard to earn everything she’s achieved. The American Management Association certified her in management, and she has made a variety of connections through the Executive Women’s Golf Club.
