Amy Altshuler has always had a passion for the legal profession, which is why her position as a partner with Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie LLP is a natural fit. The law firm provides clients with an extensive range of services in intellectual property, litigation, business transactions, gaming, and regulatory and government relations. They also offer practices in industries such as biotech, engineering, cyber security, real estate, and energy. In her role with the company, Ms. Altshuler works with retail, commercial and industrial leasing, land acquisition and development, and financing and related entity issues. Her greatest strength lies in commercial real estate.
As a testament to her success in the field, Ms. Altshuler was named one of the Top People to Know in Commercial Real Estate by the Arizona Commercial Real Estate Magazine. She also became the practice group leader in her company. Ms. Altshuler attributes her achievements to finding a balance and managing her time well, in addition to building strong relationships. She would advise the younger generation of women to work hard and be confident.
To prepare for her career, Ms. Altshuler earned a JD from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in history from Syracuse University. She has always been a self-motivated individual, but considers her daughter to be her main source of inspiration. Ms. Altshuler hopes to be remembered for being a loving and wonderful mother, as well as a prominent attorney. Looking forward, her main objective is to continue to grow within her company. Ms. Altshuler is the chair of the board for the Anti-Defamation League, and is on the board for Waste Not. She is also a member of The International Women’s Leadership Association. When Ms. Altshuler isn’t working, she enjoys running, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.
