Fit to Go is a health and wellness company that provides fitness classes and in-home instruction for seniors. In her role as the owner and consultant, Ms. Read is responsible for managing customer service administration. In recognition for her success, Ms. Read earned the Diamond Jubilee Award for volunteering with the Girl Guides of Canada in 2012. The award serves to honor recipients for their service to Canada and to recognize them for significant accomplishments and achievements.

Ms. Read prepared for her career by earning a Bachelor’s Degree in recreation administration from the University of Alberta. Looking forward, she intends to continue to develop Fit to Go. Ms. Read supports the Animal Liberation Front, and enjoys camping, reading and crocheting in her spare time.
