As a woman in today’s world, Tracey Cantarutti feels that helping others succeed has contributed to her own success. Using her background in working with business executives, professionals, educators and government leaders, she has developed TLC Leadership Options, Inc., to address performance improvements and assist top management teams and individuals. Recognized as a results-oriented management consultant and coach, Dr. Cantarutti has used her innovative problem-solving skills to help others grow. Her expertise lies in leadership development, change management, global strategy, team building and motivation.

The biggest challenge Dr. Cantarutti faced was heading a business as a woman. Inspired by helping people grow, however, she triumphed. Dr. Cantarutti would advise the younger generation of women entering the workforce to be open to a variety of experiences, take risks, and have confidence. She is currently a member of The International Women’s Leadership Association.

To prepare for her career, Dr. Cantarutti earned a Ph.D. in organizational development from Benedictine University, a master’s degree in international management from The Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois.  In addition to her work with TLC Leadership Options, Inc., she is currently a business management professor at the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. She also sits on the advisory board of the Center for Values Driven Leadership at Benedictine University.  When Dr. Cantarutti has spare time, she volunteers at the SPHD, the Bilingual Case Management Society, and is the chairperson for the Holy Family Parish Council. She hopes to be remembered as a compassionate leader who helped people develop their best talents.
