A natural progression of opportunities led Megan Brice to her positions with Integrity Solutions and High Performance Center Limited. Integrity Solutions is an international training and delivery center that offers solutions and courses to improve the performance of companies and organizations. High Performance Center Limited is a leadership training company that provides mentoring services, and sales training and developmental coaching solutions. In her role with the two companies, Ms. Brice’s responsibilities include consulting with clients to identify their needs, working with leadership teams to match training solutions to clients, overseeing the finances, and helping companies become more productive.

Through her experiences and education, Ms. Brice has become an expert in business development, management coaching, sales training, customer relationship management systems, and high performance coaching. She completed coursework in psychological assessment at the University of Waikato, and earned a degree in social science with honors. Additionally, Ms. Brice has a NLP practitioner diploma, and is a certified hypnotherapy practitioner.

Prior to her current positions, Ms. Brice worked for Morgan & Banks, where she won various achievement awards. She also served as the keynote speaker at the Million Dollar Round Table Insurance Convention. Ms. Brice attributes her success to her strong business development skills and her ability to make connections with people.
