Drawing on more than two decades of professional experience focused on logistic solutions for supply chain management, Carol Terrell has experienced much success in her role with Raytheon. The company, a leader in technology and innovation, specializes in defense, security, and civil markets. In her role as a senior systems engineer, Ms. Terrell is responsible for training peers, management and customers about new analytical products, their methodologies, algorithms and eccentricities. She also leads analytical proposal activities for performance based logistics business plans and repair sustainment programs.

Ms. Terrell’s greatest strengths lie in her organizational skills and her background managing multidisciplinary resources. Prior to Raytheon, she spent 19 years working for Lockheed Martin. Ms. Terrell also spent a year working with Joske’s of Texas, where she led a three-month rigorous installation schedule for replacing five telecommunication switches, and assisted with training and supervising staff. To prepare for her career, she earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Texas A&M University.

In the future, Ms. Terrell hopes to see more diversity and inclusion of women in her field in the future. To that end, she is currently working as a change agent in the workplace. Ms. Terrell brings awareness, diversity data, and informational tidbits to the leadership team on a weekly basis about the role of women and women of color. In recognition for her achievements, she was honored as a delegate of The International Women’s Leadership Association. Ms. Terrell attributes her success to strategic thinking and professionalism.
