Title: Jewelry Designer, Owner
Company: La Vie Est Belle

Wendy Tkacz Mignot has turned her expertise in designing and crafting jewelry into a flourishing career. La Vie Est Belle presents the world with one-of-a-kind pearl jewelry with innovative designs that capture Ms. Mignot’s travels and life experiences. Her trademark collection, Fine Pearls and Leather Jewelry®, includes the finest Tahitian, South Sea and Freshwater cultured pearls, while also encompassing sea glass, shells, stones, and shipwreck coins. Everything Ms. Mignot uses comes from the ocean and the surrounding terrain. Her designs are hand-crafted and strung on soft, hand-rolled leather.

From gracing the cover of Vanity Fair to designing for Hollywood’s A-list, including the likes of Steven Tyler, Orlando Bloom and Luke Bryan, Ms. Mignot’s jewelry has become an international sensation. Representing elegance and sophistication, each piece from La Vie Est Belle is completely unique.

In the next five years, Ms. Mignot hopes to continue to develop the business that she loves. She is a member of the National Association for the Self-Employed, and supports the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Ms. Mignot and her husband are also involved in philanthropic projects, the most recent of which includes a collaboration with fashion designer Nicole Paloma. Together, they created a hand-sewn tank top with the words “Life Is Beautiful and So Are You,” and the proceeds will go to the Boys & Girls Club of the Emerald Coast.
