With a calm nature and strong creative ability, Lee Murch is thriving in the wedding industry. She originally worked in health care, but began to help friends with their events as an artistic outlet. Ms. Murch became busy with this work and thoroughly enjoyed it, so she started her full-time business, Weddings By Lee. Her job with the company includes creating unique wedding designs for each bride, including personally producing custom floral pieces, stationary, woodwork and dresses.

Ms. Murch has grown the business over the past two decades, and is now known as one of the top wedding designers in South Africa. She takes pleasure in creating the wedding her clients dream of, and believes in creating an event personalized for each couple. As a testament to her success in the field, Ms. Murch has won a number of awards, including the ABIA Silver Award for Décor and Design and the ABIA Best Coordinator for KZN and Eastern Cape.

Looking to the future, Ms. Murch hopes to become more internationally known. She is currently a member of Eventit.co.za. In addition to her current work, Ms. Murch also enjoys manufacturing bespoke furniture and interior designing.
