An expert in employee rights, Stacy Durfee is currently serving as the owner of ABC Pest Management, LLC. The company specializes in termite, pert and moisture control for both commercial and residential clients. With them, Dr. Durfee oversees daily operations, processes payroll, works with the contracting vendors, and facilitates weekly meetings. She also interacts with the accounts and customers, and resolves issues.  Dr. Durfee considers one of the highlights of her position to be her incredible staff; they are always striving to be the best. She attributes her success to her freedom to implement new ideas, procedures and processes, as well as her exposure to writing employee manuals and advocating for employee rights.

Dr. Durfee prepared for her career by earning a doctoral degree in business management and organizational leadership from the University of Phoenix and an MBA in business management and finance from American InterContinental University in 2009. Additionally, she spent 13 years gaining experience in the industry while helping her friend with his company’s operations. Dr. Durfee is a member of SHRM and the Association of Intelligence management. In the coming years, she hopes to teach accounting or business management to college students.
