After years of experience in moving from location to location, Tracy Tidwell understands the process. As a principal broker and owner of ERA TEAM Real Estate, she works to make the transition easier for families, and has a keen ear in regards to listening to client needs. Ms. Tidwell started in the field after a friend saw her work in marketing and recommended her for the position. After earning her license, she went to work for a developer and builder who owned a real estate company, and has been in the industry ever since.

Establishing herself in a marketing area in which she didn’t know anyone was certainly a challenge, but Ms. Tidwell feels that staying focused on both the goals of her clients and the goals of her company have contributed to her success. Her greatest accomplishment was transitioning from being a top agent in the field to owning the business with her supportive husband. Ms. Tidwell’s vision is to continue to grow the company and expand her coaching skills for the further training of her agents. In recognition of her achievements, she was selected as the 2014-2015 Associate of the Year from the Faulkner County Home Builders Association, and she won the Triple Diamond Award from the Faulkner County Board of Realtors. Ms. Tidwell is certified as an accredited buyer’s representative, ERA relocation specialist, ASP accredited staging professional, and military residential specialist. She is also GREEN certified, and is a member of IAHSP.
