Driven by her desire to help people, Mari Lambert parlays years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry into her current role as a senior quality assurance manager at Danaher. The Fortune 500 company offers innovation in science and technology, and strives to improve the quality of life around the world. Ms. Lambert joined with the company because she believes that the devices her company makes truly help people. In her role, she ensures that all laws and regulations are enforced within the workforce. Ms. Lambert considers herself to be a working manager, however, and would never ask an employee to perform a task that she wouldn’t be willing to roll up her sleeves and do herself. She is proud to be the only female in her type of role in the organization.

If Ms. Lambert could change one thing about her job, she would like there to be more harmonization of regulations between domestic and international businesses. In the future, she hopes to become more involved in the regulatory sector, and, as a corporate auditor, she would like to do more to help organizations with continued improvement. As a divorced parent, Ms. Lambert is inspired to by her children, whom she advanced her career and put herself through school to support. She currently holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Phoenix. Ms. Lambert is a member of the American Society for Quality, and supports the March of Dimes. When she has spare time, she enjoys walking and gardening.
