Coming from a background in theater, BettyAnn Leeseberg-Lange’s transition to becoming the owner and accent modification coach of Talking Well Consulting, LLC was very natural. Her career as an actor contributed to her success, because she learned how important dialect is to a culture. In her current position with the consultancy, Ms. Leeseberg-Lange specializes in helping professionals modify their accents without losing their cultural identity. She is very passionate about helping and supporting those who need their voice to be heard in a variety of industries and cultures. Looking forward, Ms. Leeseberg-Lange wants to host more webinars, work with more Chinese and Mandarin executives, and just help professionals. Seeing her clients grow and succeed validates what she does and why.

Ms. Leeseberg-Lange’s greatest accomplishment to-date was working with Howard Stern at the beginning of his career. She is also very proud of the fact that she was the dialect coach for the HBO series “The Wire,” where she worked with Idris Elba and Dominic West for three years. Ms. Leeseberg-Lange would advise the younger generations to find several mentors and belong to many organizations. Personally, she participates as a member of organizations such as the Baltimore Washington Corridor Chamber and VASTA, where she served as the former president.
