Specialized in social work, Ms. Baldwin lends nearly 30 year’s experience to The North Baltimore Center (NBC) as a mobile treatment clinician. An affiliate of Sheppard Pratt Health System, NBC focuses efforts on its mental health programs, as well as service planning and rehabilitation services with a focus, not only on patients, but family and caregivers as well.

Ms. Baldwin is particularly skilled regarding children’s assistance. She is tasked with managing a heavy caseload of 17 to 20 clients at any given time, and devotes her attention to visiting clients’ homes, transporting psychiatrists to the homes of her clients, structuring curriculum for students, and assisting those with specific or special needs. Ms. Baldwin also monitors children in foster care, and works tirelessly to advocate for both children and adults.

An alumnua of the University of Maryland, Ms. Baldwin holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology, social work and early childhood education. Further, she is a licensed social work associate. Her success, she says, is directly related to unwavering dedication, a desire to help others, and a genuine passion for her work.
