If Lisa Mulcrone could offer one piece of advice to the younger generation of women entering the workforce, it would be to for them to believe in themselves and what they do. This belief has certainly helped her. Ms. Mulcrone entered the insurance industry as a temp, and now, 25 years later, she is serving as the senior vice president of human capital for Willis Towers Watson, a leading global risk adviser and insurance broker. She credits much of her success to her mentor, Eleanor Winter. 

Ms. Mulcrone prepared for her career by utilizing on-the-job training and acquiring various licenses. She faced some challenges along the way, like finding affordable care for her clients, but the respect she’s earned has made it worth it. Looking forward, Ms. Mulcrone intends to continue to grow within the company and the industry. She is currently affiliated with Women at Willis, the National Association of Professional Women, and NW Community Hospital.
