Margaret Henry chose this career path because of her personal experience as a child in education. Having experienced that children learn differently, she wanted to ensure that children reach their fullest potential even when they learn differently. Her greatest strength is her ability to understand children and adapt to their needs so that they can learn and progress to their fullest potential. Currently, her goal is to expand her school to include fourth, fifth and sixth graders, while continuing to have children grow and reach their fullest potential successfully. Ms. Henry is inspired most by children. She loves working with students and watching them grow; she enjoys teaching, and working in an environment suitable and conducive to learning.

The biggest challenge that Ms. Henry had was to find a way to offer this type of education to people who don’t have a lot of money, how to keep it cost effective and help single mothers and people struggling to be able to afford it and be able to gain from it. Opposite, h er greatest accomplishment to date, personally, is having raised three boys successfully to adulthood as a single parent. Professionally, her greatest accomplishment is being able to open up her own school nine years ago. Ms. Henry wants most to be remembered as a good person, with a good heart. She wants to be remembered as someone who loved children, loved working with children and loved people.
