Originally, Kimberly Pichot wanted to travel the world on international business. In her MBA program, she connected to an import business and starting doing feasibility studies on products to import. Then she accumulated additional experience in a small business development center and economic development organization. The founder of that organization saw the potential in her and offered to train her as a consultant and teach her everything he knew.  Ms. Pichot had two amazing mentors and her entire career evolved around a mixture of academia and consulting.

An expert in visual organization, Ms. Pichot continues in her ninth year as founder and chief executive officer at Complete Success, Inc. Throughout her work-week, she helps small businesses grow healthily, while supervising the implementation of programs, performing small business outreach, and working with clients through strategic planning sessions. To keep abreast of changes in her profession, Ms. Pichot maintains memberships with the National Association of Female Professionals, International Coaching Federation, and Association Talent Development.

Ms. Pichot is currently in the pursuit of earning a Doctorate in Organizational Development from Colorado Technical University, having already obtained an MBA from Middlebury Institute of International Studies. She attributes her success to her amazing mentors, who believed she could contribute and ignited a passion she didn’t know she had. In five years, Ms. Pichot hopes to complete her research for her doctorate on the impact of founder vision on sustainable growth for midsize business. She would like to expand her research into a book and travel the world presenting her ideas. Furthermore, Ms. Pichot intends to share her knowledge through her recently-acquired, full-time associate professor position at Andrews University, where she will be teaching marketing. Her first class starts July 1, 2016.
