Denise Dank finds herself as a successful real estate agent through the inspiration of her father who taught her that anything worth doing is worth doing right, never to underestimate anyone and to treat everyone the way that you would want to be treated. She is inspired by his great advice which has served her well. Ms. Kennedy wants most to be remembered as someone who make a difference in the lives of the people that she touched. Her current professional goal is to become a stakeholder in the company. She hopes to be an executive director and have equity in the organization.

Ms. Dank’s greatest accomplishment was being able to rise through the ranks from a desk recruiter to national director for healthcare where she was responsible for seven sites, worked with national teams and Executives to bring Healthcare into the United States for Monster/Hudson. Among her other greatest accomplishments was being the recipient of the Chairman’s Club Award, from Monster -TMP- Hudson Global Resources. Ms. Kennedy would like to see human resources departments recognize recruiting organizations as being true partners and resources.
