Susan Manzi attributes her success as vice president of accounting and revenue cycle management for Regional Women’s Health Management LLC to her work ethic and educational background. Interested in accounting from a young age, she was inspired to pursue this career by the knowledge that she could help others through her endeavors. Drawing upon 15 years in her current position, Ms. Manzi continues to utilize her skills in healthcare, financing, accounting, strategic planning, benefits administration and several other areas to make a difference in the lives of her clients. Looking ahead, she hopes to be remembered as a successful businesswoman and a wonderful wife.
Determined to succeed in her chosen field, Ms. Manzi prepared for her career by earning a master’s degree in health administration from Ohio University, as well as a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Rider University and licensure as a certified public accountant. She feels that her greatest accomplishment thus far has been advancing in her education and moving up the professional ladder, thereby growing in her career. Due to her charitable nature, she participates in Run with the Docs, an organization that ensures bereavement services to families who have lost an infant. Also drawing career inspiration from her family, Ms. Manzi is thankful to be as independent as her mother always encouraged her to be. She advises women entering the professional world to stay focused and motivated and to enjoy their work.
