Sharon Rotondo considers her greatest professional accomplishment to be staying in business for 25 years, during which time her company weathered many changes and retained several longstanding employees. As president of Re/Max Partners, a real estate agency connected to the larger Re/Max Holdings, Inc. network, she draws upon her background in human resources and utilizes her skills in conflict resolution and communication. Ms. Rotondo is passionate about helping others succeed, and sees the whole picture when she approaches problem-solving, focusing primarily on educating her clients. Her dedication toward helping others is what drove her to pursue this career.

In preparation for her profession, Ms. Rotondo earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Dale Carnegie. She started out working in human resources, helping people reach their goals and ultimately realizing that she could foster the advancement of others through a career in real estate. When Ms. Rotondo began Re/Max Partners, few women owned their own brokerages and she faced similar challenges that many women in male-dominated industries typically face. Since then, her agency has received several awards and acknowledgements, and she is proud to have gained industry respect and recognition through her undertakings. Ms. Rotondo attributes her business’s success to its dedication to education, comfortable environment and determined work ethics.

As she looks forward, Ms. Rotondo plans to continue to grow the firm as a whole and focus specifically on building the Escrow Division, hoping this will draw more first-time buyers to the company. She would like to continue educating others through her profession, and hopes to expand the educational seminars she already holds for home buyers. Compassionate in nature, Ms. Rotondo supports the charitable missions of the Meals on Wheels Association of America and Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
