As education specialist for the U.S. Air Force, Lori Springs provides education services to military personnel, compiles test data, evaluates trends and prepares results for higher headquarters. Inspired by the people she meets, Ms. Springs hopes to help others through her professional endeavors, which have encompassed real estate services as well as cosmetology. Her strengths include honesty, integrity, motivating people and uplifting others, and she hopes to be remembered professionally as a woman who treated everyone the same. Ms. Springs celebrates more than 14 years of career experience, and was named Woman of the Year by the National Association of Professional Women in 2011 as well as Civilian of the Year Category II by 11 Wing Force Support Group in 2013.

Skilled in employee training, organizational effectiveness, test management, team leadership and other field-relevant areas, Ms. Springs hopes to eventually be self-employed and mentor young women in their professional aspirations. She would also like to see education become more accessible and affordable for those who wish to pursue it. Due to her commitment to her career, Ms. Springs earned a Master of Science in human resources management and personnel administration from Central Michigan University in 2011, following a Master of Arts in counselor education from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Considering her family to be her greatest accomplishment, she has been married for 32 years and has three children and one grandchild. Ms. Springs enjoys reading in her spare time, and supports the missions of the Military Order of the Purple Heart. She also belongs to the American Counselor Association.
