Wielding more than 28 years in real estate, Linda Schultz continues in her eighth yerar as realtor and broker at Keller Williams. She initially chose this career path because she has a passion for new construction, existing homes, investment properties, and relocation affairs involving first-time and experienced buyers. Her professional goals are to increase the staff and work with a large developer which will bring more opportunities for us. She advises the younger generation of women to get a good mentor, work for a reputable real estate agency such as Keller Williams. Ms. Schultz wants to be remembered as a compassionate person, a hard worker and a person who was always willing to help others.

Ms. Schultz’s greatest accomplishment is her consistency; she had been awarded as the Top 1% Selling Agent for the State of MN, #52 of the State of MN. She prepared for her career through education, training, working with a national coaching firm. She is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, GRI and CRS. Her greatest strength is the knowledge of the profession, re-education to be on top of my game, negotiations and focusing on the clients. During her free-time, Ms. Schultz enjoys drag racing, horses and ride horses, fishing and playing piano.
