Currently celebrating 19 years of work experience, Ms. Elgert initially became involved in the profession at a friend’s recommendation. Before joining Ledcor, she worked for PCL Construction for nine years in the same position, honing her skills in the material management industry. Some of her field-relevant abilities include inspection, construction, procurement, contract management, project control and subcontracting.
