Ms. Rodamaker has 39 years of professional experience, with 18 years as the CEO of First Citizens Bank. Ms. Rodamaker stated that the biggest challenge that she has faced professionally was when she made the decision collaboratively with other executives of the bank to merge four banking institutions into one and change the institutional culture. She considers her greatest strength to be her ability to think outside of the box and to look at issues strategically from a wide perspective.

When looking at the industry of banking as a whole, Ms. Rodamaker stated that she would like to see less regulations in place. Her goal of the next few years is to continue to provide leadership in North Iowa and the banking industry.

Ms. Rodamaker received an MBA in finance from the University of St. Thomas in 1990 and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Northern Iowa in 1984. She currently serves on the board of directors at Winnebago Industries, a Fortune 500 Company, and the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA).
