Drawing upon a 23-year overall career, Joanna Hart-Aguilar currently brings seasoned skill to her role as vice president of personal lines operations for QBE Holdings, Inc. “I grew up in the industry,” she says, explaining that her career path was influenced by her parents, who were both in insurance. Inspired by her early career goals, she prepared herself by taking on various internal training classes and earning a property and casualty license. Ms. Hart-Aguiler’s abilities extend to several areas, and she notably exhibits skill working with clients and team members.

Proud to have advanced to her position and to be in charge of two call centers, Ms. Hart-Aguiler plans to continue to grow and take on more responsibilities as her career progresses. She cares for the advancement of others and hopes to be remembered as an inspirational leader.  Ms. Hart-Aguiler is professionally-motivated by a desire to provide for her family, with whom she spends her free time. Passionate about the well-being of the less fortunate, she also supports the missions of local charities.
