For the past 10 years, Marie Zellmer has been bringing reliability and marketing skills to the real estate industry through her role as broker associate for Woodland Developments & Realty. She is dedicated to serving the specific real estate needs of her clientele in such areas as waterfront properties, second homes, first time home buyers and REO properties.  The company relies on Ms. Zellmer’s expertise in meeting with clients, doing market analyses and showing properties.  She feels she owes her occupational success to her personal integrity, professionalism and extensive training.

Inspired by her daughter, who recommended a career in real estate, Ms. Zellmer has earned many certifications in the real estate industry, including Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate Real Estate Institute, Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certification, Seniors Real Estate Specialist and Accredited Buyer Representative. Further, she believes strongly in continuing education to better serve in her position, including earning a Bachelor of Science in Christian Care and Counseling from Oral Roberts University.

Helping others and maintaining life-time relationships is important to Ms. Zellmer.  She also hopes to be remembered for having a positive impact on her grandchildren.  She has drawn inspiration from her mentor, Kenneth Hagin.  Ms. Zellmer enjoys traveling, camping, boating, fishing and hunting in her free time.
