Celebrating 28 years at Greenpark Decor Center, Anne Federico continues as directing manager, leading her employees by keeping a positive attitude, while remaining clear and firm in her orders. She was already a manager in the insurance industry before coming to the construction industry, started in sales and learned the real estate market before taking a course in interior design. Ms. Federico wants to be remembered as a caring and understanding person who is here to help anyone who needs help.

Looking toward the future, Ms. Federico plans to work for five or six more years and make some more positive changes before retiring. Initially, she chose this career path because she wanted to improve the communication between people within the industry. Her boss has been her biggest inspiration, as he has allowed her to make decisions and he respects them. During her free-time, Ms. Federico goes to the spa, takes walks, and spends time with her grandchildren.
