With an insatiable desire to help others grown, Nancy Vlaisavljevich continues her career as an information systems manager and clerk for those looking into job training around northeastern, Minn. She chose this career path because I wanted a job where I was accepted with my disability and I had an opportunity to grow so this was a very natural progression for me. Ms. Vlaisavljevich prepared for this career by educating herself, taking classes and training which was to the advice of my brother. 

The biggest challenge for Ms. Vlaisavljevich was overcoming her disability after being so sickly and having a job where she could help others. Her greatest strength is learning from others, and to understand what the organization needs to be successful, while her greatest accomplishment is having a career for 35 years with disabilities and to live a life on my own. Ms. Vlaisavljevich wants to be remembered for being there to help others find a job and to encourage others with disabilities that they can have a life and a career.
