Wielding 26 years of expertise in dietetic and food service management, Karen Robinson continues as a clinical dietitian at St. John’s Hospital. As a premiere 407-bead community hospital, St. John’s Hospital relies on her to continue seasoning her experience in outpatient nutrition counseling. Specifically, Ms. Robinson oversees patients in orthopedics, medial-surgical, new stroke unity, and weekend shifts.

As soon as Ms. Robinson realized proper nutrition can prevent medical conditions from getting worse, she began to focus on changing eating habits, initially working for the public health and food management supervision services as an instructor at Westchester Community College. In 1992, she received a master’s degree in health services at James Madison University.
