Dr. Judith Lentin has worked in the oil and gas industry for 37 years as president of Lentin International Business Consultants Ltd. & The MENTORS. As a consulting company, she helps provide services to companies in the oil and gas industry wishing to set up mentoring programs, drawing upon her expertise in palynology, the study of fossil pollen grains and spores from fern-like plants. In five years, Dr. Lentin plans to continue teaching and improving courses.

Throughout her career, Dr. Lentin has published more than 50 peer-reviewed scientific papers, books and monographs in her specialized field of geology, and is currently writing a book on cultural integration. She also teaches worldwide. Ms. Lentin received a Ph.D. in Geology from The University of Sheffield in 1971, and initially became involved in her profession because her husband is in the field of geology and consulting.
