Initially, Ms. Quinn became involved in her profession because she was a legal secretary (co-op student) and planned to be a teacher. She got her bachelor’s degree in business and then went to work for the city, where she decided to pursue the legal field as her career path. She became encouraged while working in a law firm environment and then worked for the city. Ms. Quinn received a JD from Marshall College of Law in 1979.
