Attributing her success to her detailed knowledge of the Australian and global aviation environment, and having the organizational skills to identify interdependent requirements, Sue Keey wields 40 years in air traffic control and management. Currently, as an Air Traffic Management Consultant, she advises on all facets of air traffic control and management, including the International Civil Aviation Organization’s Aviation System Block Upgrade program. Ms. Keey received a Diploma of Aviation in air traffic services, a Diploma of Project Management, and a Postgraduate Certificate of Business Administration.
Ms. Keey has had many career highlights both in the U.K. and Australia as a controller and manager. These highlights include being deeply involved in strategic planning, researching and developing for systems replacement, and implementing new systems. Initially, Ms. Keey became a consultant after concluding a long career as an executive level manager in air traffic control and a licensed controller. Since beginning her career, she earned the Gold Medal Honor from NASA.
Ms Keey is a highly effective and successful leader with a proven track record in air traffic management performance improvements in a complex, safety critical aviation environment. With more than 40 years of experience in the aviation and air traffic management, and a member of several industry committees, she has a deep understanding of the aviation industry, global operating environment and air navigation service provision. In five years, Ms. Keey plans to have successfully assisted organizations in their total air traffic management development needs.
