For 33 wonderful years, Shirley Gordon built upon extensive business administration expertise at IBM. Beginning with the technology innovator in their hay-day of 1983, she quickly ranked up to a managerial position, and withheld it for more than 25 years before achieving a global ar staff focal position. Throughout the years, Ms. Gordon has advanced in strong leadership, effective people management, financial and overall business skills, and generally working as a self-starter.

Having retired from IBM in April 2012, Ms. Gordon loved working in a team environment, and developing/mentoring people to assist them with the many challenges present in today business environment. She was enjoying retirement, focusing on small family business, she now builds her passion for mentoring youth and young adults in the community. During her free-time, Ms. Gordon stays active traveling, reading, walking, and pro bono management training.
